Acceptable Use & Content Policy

This Acceptable Use & Content Policy (the “Policy”) governs how you may use FanPilott (the “Service”). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. We may update it from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes.

1. Strictly non-explicit — zero tolerance for NSFW content

FanPilott is a strictly non-explicit platform. You may not create, upload, request, generate, store, share or distribute any of the following through the Service:

• Nudity, partial nudity intended to be sexual, or exposure of genitalia, anus or female nipples;
• Sexually explicit or pornographic imagery, video, audio or text;
• Depictions of sexual acts, arousal, masturbation, or sexual fluids;
• Fetish, BDSM or other sexually themed content;
• “Deepfake” or non-consensual sexual or intimate imagery of any real person;
• Content that sexualizes, or could be mistaken to depict, a minor — see Section 2;
• Any content designed to circumvent our moderation of the above.

All generations are subject to automated content moderation. Requests that violate this Policy will be rejected, and repeated or deliberate attempts to produce prohibited content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Absolute prohibition on content involving minors

You may not create, request or upload any content that depicts, sexualizes, or appears to depict a minor (anyone under 18), in any context. Personas and uploaded reference images must clearly represent adults. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as required by law. This is a permanent, non-negotiable ban with no refund.

3. Identity, likeness and consent

• You must own or have the rights to any reference image or likeness you upload.
• You may not create content impersonating a real person without their explicit consent.
• Personas must be clearly fictional adults or based on individuals who have consented.

4. Other prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content promoting violence or self-harm;
• Fraud, spam, scams, or deceptive or misleading content;
• Malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to breach or overload the Service;
• Reselling, sublicensing or sharing your account or credits without authorization.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, reject generations, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement for any violation of this Policy. Violations forfeit any right to a refund (see our Refund Policy).
