Refund Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be considered for a FanPilott purchase. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the terms below. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
A refund request will only be considered if all of the following are met:
- You email your request to support@fanpilott.com within 7 days of the purchase date; and
- No credits from that purchase (including trial or plan credits granted with it) have been used — the balance must be fully intact; and
- The account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms or policies.
2. Refunds are not guaranteed
Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a refund. All refunds are granted solely at FanPilott's discretion and are subject to our review and approval. We may approve, partially approve, or decline any request.
3. No refunds for violations
No refund will be issued where an account has violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use & Content Policy — including, without limitation, any attempt to generate NSFW, explicit, or otherwise prohibited content. Suspension or termination for a violation forfeits any right to a refund.
4. What is not refundable
- Purchases where any credits have been used, in whole or in part;
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
- Renewals after the first 7 days of that billing period;
- Charges on accounts terminated for policy or Terms violations;
- Fees already consumed by completed generations.
Note: credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits for a generation that fails for technical reasons are automatically returned to your balance and are not a cash refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@fanpilott.com from the address on your account with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review and respond. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor and may take several business days to appear.
